Geonos Tunneler Metroid

A new Metroid design that I created recently, may I present the Geonos Tunneler Metroid. Its a unique metroid species evolved on the Desert planet of Geonos. I was recently inspired to create this Metroid after playing some Osiris: New Dawn.

Planet of Origin: Geonos, Space pirate Species classification number: 8473

Geonos is a desert world, with very weak protection against solar radiation. However, a Chozo outpost was discovered flying in the stratosphere, maintaining a position on the dark side of the planet that was shielded from the intense and frequent solar wind and radiation. While no technology of relevance was discovered, Several metroid chrysalis were found among the ruins and on the surface of the world. Typical hiding places were searched for specimens, however none were discovered in the local caverns or among the ruins as expected. Search proceeded for several more days, however with no success. Later, units in hazard shield gear were investigating the local life on the lit side of the planet and a discovery was made.
